To secure your Christmas party booking, we’ll require a deposit payment. Deposits for festive bookings are fully refundable up to 14 days before your booking date.
For Christmas Day bookings, a deposit payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance and any amendments to guest numbers or menu choices required by 1st December. Christmas Day payments are fully refundable up to this date.
If you would prefer to pay by BACS, payment must be received no later than 10 working days before your booking date.
Please note that we are unable to accept payment by cheque.
Yes, we’ll ask for menu choices in advance to help everything run smoothly on the day. For festive bookings, please submit your pre-order via our online ordering system at least 14 days before your booking date.
For Christmas Day dining, all menu choices must be submitted by 1st December.
Please let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies when submitting your choices, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Any amendments to menu choices must be made no later than 14 days before your booking date, or by 1st December for Christmas Day bookings. If you require menus without calorie information, please speak to a member of our team.
Yes, we have parking available for our guests. Whilst there are plenty of spaces, they are offered on a first come, first served basis, so we cannot guarantee a parking space for every booking.
We recommend allowing a little extra time during the festive season, particularly for larger events and busy weekends.
